Enrolment process
Step 1
Contact the school office to receive an enrolment package and organise a suitable time for an enrolment interview.
If your child is currently enrolled or has previously been enrolled in a Queensland State School, the enrolment form will be pre-filled with data from the OneSchool system. You are required to check this data and make any necessary corrections; however, if your child has never been enrolled in a Queensland state school you will be required to complete all details on the blank enrolment form provided.
Step 2
Attend the enrolment interview with the completed enrolment forms and the student's birth certificate.
As part of the enrolment process all prospective students, accompanied by a parent/guardian, must attend an enrolment interview before enrolment is confirmed.
Enrolment will not be approved without enrolling staff sighting and copying a birth certificate. An alternative to a birth certificate will be considered where it is not possible to obtain a birth certificate (e.g. child born in a country without birth registration system. Passport or visa documents will suffice). This does not include failure to register a birth or reluctance to order a birth certificate.
For international students approved for enrolment by Education Queensland International, a passport or visa will be acceptable.
